Monday Munchies - What we are eating from the Potager, May 20

The spinach is loving this cold spring we are having. I'm harvesting it twice a week.
The Asparagus is still being harvested. It's slowing down.

We've had our first turnips. Not enough to do anything with on it's own, so they were cut up and roasted with the asparagus - yummy!
We are harvesting three types of radishes now. The long carrot-like ones are Salad Rose - I love these radishes.
The freckles lettuce and pak choi is just getting started. Also one lone swiss chard plant.
I had to replant the swiss chard. They "failed to thrive".
The Arugula is still plentiful and delicious.
Of course the herbs are all being harvested, except for the basil which is not taking off in this cold weather.
