The spinach is loving this cold spring we are having. I'm harvesting it twice a week. |
The Asparagus is still being harvested. It's slowing down. |
We've had our first turnips. Not enough to do anything with on it's own, so they were cut up and roasted with the asparagus - yummy! |
We are harvesting three types of radishes now. The long carrot-like ones are Salad Rose - I love these radishes. |
The freckles lettuce and pak choi is just getting started. Also one lone swiss chard plant. I had to replant the swiss chard. They "failed to thrive". |
The Arugula is still plentiful and delicious.
Of course the herbs are all being harvested, except for the basil which is not taking off in this cold weather.
