What we are eating from the Potager

People always ask me if we are eating anything from the Potager. Oh yes we are!
We have been enjoying Arugula.This is always our first salad of the year. It is so good!
The spinach is now at the baby spinach stage. We eat it at this stage for salads. It is tender and delicious.

 The Asparagus bed is a month behind last year, but giving us a steady supply of asparagus. They are so much better than store bought! At this point, we pick daily, but save them in the refrigerator for three or four days until there's enough for everyone to enjoy. And we do enjoy them!
This was our Arugula/Spinach harvest on Sunday. We will be eating fresh salad from this at lunch all week long!
