A woman asked me at church the other day, "Have you been harvesting anything from your garden?" Have I been harvesting? Oh, yeah!
Aside from fresh salads for lunch
everyday, we have been eating well from the garden.

ReplyDeleteLast night we had pasta topped with eggplant and onions from the garden roasted with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, with basil, oregano and parsley from the garden, and a side of fresh picked red and yellow cherry tomatos, with chunks of a purple cherokee and a green zebra tomato.
That sounds wonderful, Diana. I'm at least a month away from having any harvest like that.
